At Country Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard retail items. If your selection doesn't perfectly suit your home, simply return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a home pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
